Bathroom Remodel:
This is a rental property located in north STL. This property, along
with many others in the area, was broken into during the same period.
All copper plumbing was removed by the vandals, causing damages to the
tilework in the bathroom and the vanity. We had to remove/replace the
plumbing throughout the home, all the wall tiles, re-glaze the bathtub
and replace the vanity. |

Tree Damages
Garage:
This is a 60yr old home with masonry brick and block construction and
plaster walls. Their large tree in the front yard fell directly onto
the garage roof crushing the stick framed roof nearly leveling the
garage, 1 bedroom and a breezeway. There were large stress cracks
throughout all the walls surrounding these three rooms. After the tree
was removed, we demolished these rooms down to the footing. We saved
enough brick to use on the front elevation and used the closest match
on the left and rear elevations. We used trusses to cover the main
section of the roof and stick framed the hip. We reframed the interior
walls, installed new windows on the front and re-used the windows on
the back elevation. Installed new electric, plaster, paint, and trim.

Large-Scale House Fire - Wildwood Missouri:
This fire was caused by an extension cord for outside holiday lights.
Damage was dramatic and costly.

Water Damage:
A water supply line burst on the
refrigerator and flooded the kitchen, dining room and lower level. The
laminate floor, lower cabinets, etc. were all water damaged. We responded
immediately removed the damaged items and dried all structure out. We then
repaired the kitchen and dining room. The customers had low grade
materials before and paid for upgraded cabinets and a new layout. They are
very happy with their new kitchen and dining room and did sign for being
referrals for us.
