Stephen Stodnick, Owner and
Construction Project Manager, has been in the construction industry
since 1989. He has managed large commercial jobs across multiple
states as well as provided consulting work. His knowledge and
experience include commercial remodeling, fire, impact & storm
emergency response, contents restoration, and all aspects of
reconstruction.
Randy Wild, Owner and Construction
Project Manager, has been in the construction industry since 1991.
His knowledge and experience include fire, water/sewer, impact &
storm emergency response, contents restoration, mold remediation and
all aspects of reconstruction. Randy obtained an Associates Degree
in Construction from Belleville Area College, and his certifications
include OSHA, ASCR, and IICRC in Fire and Water Restoration.
Michael Blagg, Water Restoration
Project Manager, has been in the restoration industry since 1987.
His knowledge and experience include water/sewer emergency
mitigation, structure drying, document recovery, carpet and
upholstery cleaning, and reconstruction. His certifications include IICRC in Water
Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying and IAQA in
Certified Mold Remediator.
Jeff Weiler, Water Restoration Project
Manager, has been in the restoration industry since 1992. His
knowledge and experience include water/sewer emergency mitigation,
structure drying, mold remediation, document recovery, carpet and
upholstery cleaning and light reconstruction. Jeff manages several
large accounts including Metropolitan Sewer District,
Missouri-American Water, numerous property management companies and
several real estate companies. His certifications include Fire and
Smoke Damage Restoration, Advanced Water Damage Restoration through
the IICRC and ASCR and Certified Mold Remediator through the IAQA.
Michael Burns, Water Restoration
Project Manager, has been in the restoration industry since 1987.
His knowledge and experience include water/sewer emergency
mitigation, structure drying, mold remediation, document recovery,
soft goods cleaning & deodorization, commercial carpet repair and
reinstallation. His certifications include ASCR and IICRC in Fire
and Water Restoration, Mold Remediation, Carpet and Upholstery
cleaning.
Steve Plant, Construction Project
Manager, has been in the construction industry since 1983. He has
been a consultant for many insurance adjusters in claims involving
public adjusters. His knowledge and experience includes fire,
water/sewer, impact & storm emergency response, contents
restoration, mold remediation and all aspects of reconstruction.
Steve’s certifications include ASCR, Union Apprentice Carpentry and
IICRC in Fire and Water Restoration.
Cory Wohldmann, Construction Project
Manager, has been in the construction industry since 1996. His
knowledge and experience includes fire, water/sewer, impact & storm
emergency response, contents restoration. Cory has achieved
certifications for Water damage restoration, Odor removal & Fire
damage restoration from IICRC.
Dean Zeisset, Construction Project
Manager, has been in the construction industry since 1993 after
obtaining his drafting degree from Kaskaskia College. In 1996 he
turned to the contracting side, learning the various trades involved
in building new homes until his move to structural restoration in
2002. Dean has received certifications from the IICRC in Fire &
Water Restoration
Scott Palmer, Construction Project
Manager, has been working in the insurance and construction industry
since 1986. Scott obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in both Business
Administration and in Economics from Missouri Valley College. Prior
to entering the restoration industry, Scott worked in the insurance
industry as a property adjuster, for fourteen years. During Scott’s
tenure in the insurance and construction industry, he has worked
with contractor programs affiliated with some of the industries
largest carriers. He is versed in estimator programs such as
Xactimate, Marshall Swift & Boechk and Alacrity Services.
Bill Schmiweg,
Water Restoration Project Manager, has been in the fire, smoke and
water restoration industry since 1980 and carpet and contents
cleaning since 1974. His experience includes emergency response to
commercial and residential properties throughout Missouri and
Illinois. He has knowledge of mold remediation, structure drying,
water/sewer emergency mitigation, as we as deodorization, carpet and
upholstery cleaning. Bill is a Certified Microbial Remediator (CMR)
and is a Certified Restorer (CR). He is a member of Restoration
Industrial Association (RIA), and is a member of the American Indoor
Air Quality (IAQ).
Christine McClure, Office Manager, has
been in the restoration industry since 1997. Her knowledge includes
Accounting, Human Resources, general office management, and overall
process of restoration work including emergency services, mold
remediation, and reconstruction. Her experience also includes
working with industry programs such as Xactimate, JPP, POI and
Timberline. Christine obtained her Associates Degree in Secretarial
Science from Sanford Brown Business College in 1995.
LaTarsha Byrd,
Administrative Assistant, has been in the restoration industry since
1999. Her knowledge includes office administrative support, Accounts
Payable and initial loss setup. Her experience also includes
working with industry programs such as Xactimate, JPP, POI and
Timberline. Tasha is working on a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
Clarissa Pease,
Administrative Assistant, has been in the restoration industry since
2008. Her knowledge includes office administrative support, Accounts
Receivable and initial loss setup. Her experience also includes
working with industry programs such as Xactimate, JPP, POI and
Timberline. Clarissa worked for a major insurance company for 15
years and took courses offered through Insurance Institute of
America (IIA).
